The 8.3. Porthos arrived in port yester- day morning with mails from "Home Europe (via Siberia, London, May 20th and also mails from Japan and Abang bai,

Mails arriving in the Colony on Mon day, and yesterday were brought in as under-From Haiphong and Hoitow sa Laming (8 bags); Bilbao (Spain). and Manila: ss. Legazpi (8 bags); Keelung and Swatow: sekues Naru (10 bags);. Kobe and Nagashi: B Chicago, Marx (10 nga); Haiphong, Hoihow: Taikwa Murá (7 baga); Yokohama Moji: s.8. Tottori, Mari (13 bags).

Harbour Office reports showed that for the 24 hours ended Dam. yesterday there were 15 arrivals and is departures, against 14 arrivals and 13 departures for the previous 24 hours. Of the arrivals, four were British, six Japanese, two Chinese, one French, one Norwegian and ono Spanish. The total number of vessels. in the harbour at 9 am yesterday was 66, of which 87 were British, compared with 86 (35 British) the previous day.
