Six-Referring to the reports of the discussion that took place on the Resolu tion Inid before the Legislative Council on Thursday last 21st May 1925 and editorial references apropo the points raised by the Hon, Mr. C. With a view to clarifying the position, I would point out this in the initial stages of the negotiations between Sir George Gibb and myself, various detailed achedules were drawn up and submitted to the Government and also to the General Committee of the Chamber of Commerce. In the preparation of such
