Mr. B.. O. Andresen, Norwegian Consul Kaisha, owners of the former vessel, and Tues. Mr. B. O." Andresen, Norwegian Consul for Kobe, being named as defendants..
Plaintiffs claim that the accident conld! have been avoided if the crew of the Hermion had taken due care. They ask for yen 16,179,50 damages.
The defendant denies that the collision was caused by the varelessness of the Brimma's Crew. He also disputes the extent of the damage,
