A profty spring wedding was celebrated at Holy Trinity Cathedral, Shanghai, on Saturday, March 7, when Miss Winifred Raleigh Hamlin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Hamiin, and grand-daughter of the late Captain W. Hamlin, ona of the pioneers who came out to China in 1863, became the bride of Mr. William Wiley, of Wuhu. The bridesmaids were the Misses Jean Hamlin (sister of the bride) and Elizabeth Arthur. Miss Angela Stuart was the flower girl. Mr. Andy Anderson accompanied the bridegroom as best man and Messrs. W. Hamlin (brother of the bride) and Frank Johnstone carried out the duties of ushers. Following the ceremony a reception was held at 347-Yu Yuen Road, the residence of the bride's parents, where there was a large gathering.
