An extraordinary general meeting of the Yangtze Insurance Association. Lu was held at Shanghai, on the 17th inst., Mr. John Prentice presiding, supported by Messrs Bredie A. Clarke, A. W. Burtill, B. E. Arnhold, C. J. Scotte C. M. S. Burnie and Mr. H. Lipsun Ward (legal Advisor). The attendance repre sented 91,253 shares.
