THE GOVERNOR'S SHIELD.
The competition for the Governor's shield was decided as the Fanling Golf Club course yesterday, and during the afternoon HE the Governor (Sir Edward Stabbe, K.C.M.G.), drove to the course sad pre- sented the trophy to the winners, Mr. W.
