·FULL DETAILS OF MONDAY'S SEIZURES.

Over 130 pistols of different, uakes, and approximately 31.000 rounds of ammuni- tion, constituted the "bag" of arms made by Hongkong Revedur Officers in the course of three raids on Monday.

MURDER IN A SAMPAN,

CHINESE REMANDED.

At the Central Magistracy yesterday afternoon, a Chinese was charged with the murder of a boat woman in Aberdeen Harbour on September 2nd.

Evidence was given by Mr. A. Stevens, of the Eastern Extension Telegraph Com pany, and Mr. W. R. Hillyer, of the Harbour Department. As the result of a report to the effect that the service on the cable between Hongkong and Row- loon had been impaired, inquiries wero instituted and it was discovered, that the Hai Foong, when going to her wharf, had picked up the cable on her anchor.
