The romance of a petrage claim and secret marriage between the widow of Say- seaman and one of the "proud mours. the faguity of the Dukes of Somer set, is now revealed (says a Star corres pandent) by a circular which has been sent by a firm of solicitars broadenst parish clerks and others."
