Scott's letter, which you published on Juar 28th, on the subject of Singapore, is one with which many naval oficers will be in agreement. The project wa foolish, and is well out of the way. But the Admiral falls into error in his cruiser figures. He states that on Forbuary 1st, 1924, the Sgures in modern light fast cruisers were as follows!
