NEW ASPECT OF THE RENTS' ORNINANCE..
IS A NOTICE TO QUIT NECESSARY WHEN RENT IS IN ARGEARS?
A
new point was raised in the Summary Court, pestenlay by Mr. CH. Lyson before Mr. Justice Dyer Ball to the effect a landlord's notice to quit was not necessary when the rent was in arrents.
