Mr. Haywood said that he bad every reason to believe that the debts due to the debtor were colicetable and that these enuld not be collected until a receiving order had been finde, as there was sobody to collect them.

be constructed by the plaintifs. There was some delay in construction owing to a breakage, but on October ith the mirrors were put up in the hotel by the plaintiffs.
The defendants claimed that the coh-i tract had not been performed in that the cirrors were not reasonably fit for "the purpose, for which they were required. I was alleged that the silver was deise- Live, that the work was badly ders, and that there were elends passages all over the surface of the mirrors. On this point there was a vendiet of evidence, but on the whole, he thought, he was bound to that they were not Et for the purpose fud that the mirrors were defective and for which they were intended, and of this the plaintiffs had dus notier.
