BERLIN. February 22nd.

A Rusian white slave ring," with ramifications in Moscow, Petrograd, and Nizhni Novgorod and Kazan supported by several high Soviet officials, has been discovered as the result of the death, two month ago, of a young girl in a house in Moscow. An investigation into the girl's death was the cause of the decovery of the existence of this ring, which is sad to be operating in houses in important Russian cities frequented" by responsible Soviet workers, who protect the places, presum ably for graft. ́*

It is alleged that the ring was organival in 1021, its first inmates heing secured through highly-placed officials in the Soviet Department of Commerce.
