ASSOCIATION.

REPORT OF THE GENERAL COMMITTEE

In precating its report on the work of the Association during 1923, the Com- mittee (ay the annual report) can justly lay claim to a successful year of useful endeavour on behalf of Kowloon residents. The Association's membership `at the beginning of the year stood 'at 90 and closed at 200, of whom 63 joined during the year. The accounts show a cash balance in hand at the close of thei prar of 821-84.
