These teams met on the Club ground, the home team winning by four goals to two. The Club were, early attacking and scored, two geala in 'quiet time. Almost from the kick off the ball was in the net, Howard beating Thompson with a shot from close mange. The sailom left back miskicked when rying to clear and the Club centre, following up, scored. The sailors were soon attacking again, but shooting was wild. The Club got away and Howard giving the ball to McBride, who was nicely placed, the latter put the ball past Thompson and made the score thres to one in favour of the Club.
