EDINBURGH, November 7th. Last week at Rugby School, a commora tion game was played between English- Welsh and Scottish-Irish teams to celebrate the centenary of the origin of the Rugby football game. The legend is that in the autumn of 1893, William Webb Elli, play- ing at football Rugby School, picked up
