Following is the text of the Proclama tion by Don Miguel Primo de Rivera, Marque de Estella, to the Spanish nation at the outbreak of the movement which has made him chlef of the Directory of Generals which now govern Spain;

The closely woven network of the policy of dishonesty has caught in its meshes, and sequestrated, even the royal will.

We are going to neume every responsi Wility and to govern the oxuntry. We have had enough of tame rebellion which, while it provides no remedy for anything, un dermines that discipline which is still sound and healthy..
