BRITISH IN VLADIVOSTOCK.

In the House of Comisións na July 18th, 'Mr. McNeill, in answer to Sir E. Stock- tou, states: There is at present no British representative at Vladivostock. British subjects there were recently advised to leave, and I cannot give the exact min- ber who still remain, but there are prob- ably between 70 and 80. I have no real son to believe that their situation is noy more dangerous than that of British subjects in other parts, of the Soviet Republic.
