That was before his bill was introduced, when the ese cutive committee came to resider what other steps might be considered advisable, things were beginning to happen in regara to a bill or this sort, and he was instruc ted to get into touch with the diurman of this Committee. His couusel thought that the resolution and the discussion on this bill had already secured, some im- provement.
