BUILDING A NEW LONDON. BUSINESS AREAS TRANSFORMED.

A visitor to London might be pardoned if he imagined that it had recently been bombared. Buildings long familiar have vanished, others are disappearing, and There and there in the West End and the Oity there are to be son gaunt and battered walls that once enclosed shops and offices.
