LAUSANNE, February 4th. Iamot Pasha, in an interview with Reuter's correspondent, emphatically de- clared that the fallare of the Conférence was due to the economic clauses in the
Treaty and, primarily, to the Allied de and that the Turkish Government shall recognise all the contracte and conces sions made by its predecessors. Ismet urged the Government's ignorance of the nature of these undertakings und ex- pressed surprise that the Conference was wrecked on such grounds: He declared that the matter of a Judicial Regime a corded with the Allied proposals.
