Plans have been perfected by the Inter- national Chamber of Commerce, the American section of which has beadquar |ters in Washington, for the establishment of a new international court of arbitration for the settlement and adjustment of com- mèrcial disputes between different countries.

The new tribuna! will be the result of several years' study of international commer- cial arbitration and wili be'iddependent ofäll agencies established by Gavarniente, - The administration of the court will be directed from the headquarters of the International Chamber at 32, Jean Goujon, Paris.
