The authorities of the Peking Union Medical College Hospital Have given to the. Press, the following frank account of} the death of Chief Radio Electrician Quim. U.S.N. at that Hospital recently.

Mr. Quinu, a petty officer of the U.S. Navy, was referred to the Peking Union Medical College Hospital on August 15th by Dr. Warner, the Post Surgeon. He was found to be suffering from a moderate sized chebuscle over the right scapular region. This was excised under gas and oxygen, anaesthesia. Convalesence was unusually prompt and satisfactory.
