The Royal Navy won a decisive victory over the Hongkong U.C. on Saturday, finishing the match with 90 runs to the Going in art, the Navy put up good. 925 in quick time: the second-wicket did not fall until 127 had been run up. Most of the players made double figures, but the most prominent of, these was Lieut. Stewart's 68, which included 10 tours. The Club tried six bowlers before the side was dismissed.

The Club made a miserable start, 'the first four wickets going down for 14; then Peat. Hughes and Webster came to the rosene and sent the score up to well over a hundred. Peat and Webster hit out! vigorously and 36 of Webster's total score of 44 was made up of boundaries. Hayter distinguished himself among the bowlers, taking five wickets for 43 runs. Scores:-

Hands against Stewart near the half way line saw Chan So send straight to Rodger from the free kick. Lung Yuk Tong was cautioned for foul- ing England. Kuhr opened the score for the Club. Receiving from a free kick well taken by Gerrard, Cheung Wing Shing came out of goal to clear from Kuhr, and the latter showing good con- trel over the ball put it into an empty goal. Ko Sik Wai missed a good opening hy miakicking close in and McPhail clear ed. Th Club were, awarded two corners in succession, and from the second one Forsyth headed past Cheung, and the Club were two up.

Chui Kwong Yeung was sent down the wing aed, beating McPhail, sent in a long shot, Rodger clearing at the second attempt. The Club, transferred play by neat footwork and Cbau So failing to clear, Forth sent in a twisting shot that beat Cheung all the way.
