A San Francisco message states that Dr. Albert Abrams, professor of patho- Jogy at Standford University, has invent ed a machine called the oscillopsore," which, it is asserted, determines whether a man is the father of a child he dis claims. It will also, it is alleged, deter mine age, race, ancestry, sex, and per sonal characterteristics.

The instrument was demonstrated in the case of a man disclaiming a child, and the mechanism showed that the elec tronic vibrations of a drop of blood from "the child and, one from the man syn- chronished, thus proving, it was declared, that the man was the father.
