EXTRAORDINARY REVELATIONS

The great American invasion for the purpose of making England dry has roady begun. Although there is as yet no sign on the surface, every steamer is bring ing to the United Kingdom a crowd of amissaries, and these agents are no doubt already at work under the surface pre- paring for a campaign which is to dwarf the achievements of General Pershing and Admiral Sims. While the secret pre parations for their campaign are going forward it may be interesting for its prospective victims to know something of the strategy and tactics of this remarkable force.
