A BUDGET OF SMALL MATTERS TO BE SETTLED.
PARIS, November 7th. The Supreme Council is now taking an inventory of the remnants of the Peace Conference and endeavouring to decide what questions will probably be left un- settled when the Council comes to a close and how it shall be disposed of. A num- ber of unsettled problems will be left in the hands of the Ambassadorial Commis sion. The Commissions remaining in Paris will have a very, considerable per- sonnel and they will have to deal with a great mass of work incidental with the execution of the Peace Treaty which can- not be transferred to the various Foreign Offices. On the other hand, there is a great mass of matter which has been under discussion by the Supreme Council that is not strictly part of the peace negotiations and com
