At St. John's Cathedral yesterday afternoon, Mr. Percy Glendinning, chief inspector of the Hongkong Tram way Company, was married to Miss Elie Susan Hillier, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hillier, of Auburn, N.S. W., who arrived in the Colony on Monday by the B.8. St. Albans.

GOLF CLUB" CADDY-MASTER

At the Magistracy, yesterday, the Golf Club caddy-master; was charged, ba remand, with keeping unlawful Society, of which another caddy was charged with being a member.

A schoolboy stated that he was invited to join the Society on payment of a fee of $2.50. He was ordored not to divulge

the secrets of the Society under pain of being stabbed to death.
