A telegram from Posen states that the negotiations between the Inter-Allied Commissien and the German delegates in regard to Polish-German Armistice have broken down owing to Herr Erzber ger, when everything seemed definitely settled, making a new demand for neutral representation on 4 superior Commission at Posen to settle the Polish-German dis- putes, which, it had been previously agreed, should be chosen by the Interna tional Armistice Commission at Spa.

LONDON. March 21st. After five days' desperate fighting, the Polish forces pierced the lines of the Ukrainiens who were besieging Lemberg, which was being held by the Poles, and Fentered the town. The Ukrainians are being vigorously pursued. The Poles captured many prisoners, guns, machine- guns and booty.
