The Lord Jus tices concurred.

In the Admiralty Court the action has been decided of the Chinese Engineering and Mining Co., Ltd. to limit thoir liability for a collision between the Kai iny and the Tanfield. The casualty occurred in the Mediterranean on Oct. 19th, 1917. As the tonnage of the ping was 2,425.11, her liability under the statue amounted to £19,400 178. 8d. Her owners admitted that she was to blame for the gollision. Mr. Justice Bill of 1 decrea of limitation granted liability.
