The fortnightly meeting of the Hoor Long Sanitary Beard was held yesterday evening under the presidency of Mr. A. Gibson (Chairman). There were present, also, the Hon. Mr. F. L. Perkins (Director of Public Works), MF. C. G. Alabaster, Mr. F. B. L. Bowley, Dr. F. M. G: Ozorio, Mr. Chan Kai-ming, Mrs. A. D. Hickling (M.0.H.) and Mr. J. L. McPherson (cretary)
