Capt Fraar J. Feinster w chinplain in the Second United States Infantry, stationed at Port Shafter, in Hawaii, has been sentenced to imprisonment far disloyalty. Feinslor, who is German born, served with the United States Army in various places, and was attached to the American Embassy at Tokyo in 1912. The charges of which he was found guilty included attempting to cause dis loyalty in the military forces, upholding the sinking of the Luritania, asserting that the United States troops in Francs were a drunken lót and should be hanged on scaffolds for the atrocities they had committed on the French people, sad for Berting that people were crazy who bought Liberty Bonds" He had long been under suspicion.
