The fifth meeting of the Hongkong Conscription Tribunal was held at the Council Chamber yesterday afternoon, the Hon. Mr. E. J. Sharp presiding over a full attendance of members.
Thore wore sixteen cases for considera- tion, and out of this number five men word set free for military service. The resulte, given briefly, wero na follows:-
