Lo Chong, money changer carrying on business at 117, Shanghai Street, Yaumati, has reported to the Police that on Friday three men came to his counter, and one of them tendered a 20-cent ricos, which he wished changed into copper. While the change was being counted, the man produced a revolver and levelled it at the money-changer, while his two. companions opened the cup-board, where the money was kept, and extracted $4.20.
