General Luk Wing-ting has received elegram from the Government request ing hiar to stop all the military advances from die South-West. He was much excited upon receiving this mesarge and decided to proceed with itis plane. He has declared that he is the Chief-Con- inunder of the four Provinces of Kwang tung, Kwangsi, Fukien and Hunan, and will send more troops to Hunan. He has aunounced that he will order all the | troops to remain calms, and will settle all the disputes when the Presidency has been handed over to Li Yuen-hung.

General Luk Wing-ting has ordered Admiral Ching Fik-kwong to attack Fukien as soon as possible. He has given. $10,000 to the Navy as a reward for their support to the South-West.

Admira! Ching Pik-kwong and others visited the Generalissimo, Sun Yat-sen, yesterday. Ching has recently returned from Kwangsi after consulting General Luk Wig-ting, and he announced that
