HONGKONG HARBOUR. FURTHER REGULATIONS.

The Gazette contains regulations made. hy H.E. the Governor relating to the control of the Harbours, Poris and Ter- ritorial Waters of the Colony, and the movements of vessels. These are as follows:

(1) The use of wireless telegraphy any description whatsoever is pro

The Gazette contains a despatch from the Secretary of State relative to the awarding of silver Service Badges, undur. the following conditions
