It is noticeable that many young Chinese, who have bean educated in Europe or America return to their native and very touch out of sympathy with their own people. They are inclined to be hyper-critical. With the enthusiasm of youth they are impatient for reform, and unwilling to make haste slowly. What ever profession they study, they read a great deal about the French Revolution and often absorb literature on the sub ject of the American Constitution.
