The statement of claim states that by A agreement in writing dated March 20th, 1913, defendants agreed to stand Buroty for the payment of the instalments referred to in a promissory note of t zame dute in favour of one M. S Northcete, made by one It Stewart, for $1,000 and interest. Payment of the said instalments have not been completed, and there is now due under the promissory note a sum of $1,055.05. On Getober 22nd, 1913, the said M. S. Northeste assigned all his interests, in the promissory note to the plaints.
