O and after 1st prix, a mail for Oauton will be mad up at the General Post Office at 11,30 a.m. on week days (at 9 a.m. on Sundays and Holidays) for dispatch by the 12:10 p.m. express train from Kowloon.

Only letters and Post-cards originating in Hongkong and destined for Canton will be forwarded by train-correspondence must be superscribed by rail.”

Registered correspondence will be accepted at the sender's risk only.

To-day (Saturday), the 1st July, being a General Holiday, the Post Office will be open from 8 to 9 am. There will be one delivery of ordinary Correspondence and one collection of letters from the Pillar Boxes.

The Money Order Offics will be entirely closed.

On and after the 1st July Telegraph Money Orders mɩy də sənt to and received from the United Kingdom.

The Bervices to Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and the Ott man Empire are suspended.
