CAPTAIN'S STORY OF THE COLLISION-
The action was resumed at the Supreme Court yesterday before the Chief Justice, Commander Beckwith, RN.. sitting as nautical & sosor, in which the Shui Hing Steamship Company sued the Standard Oil Company, chiming $100,000 auger the result of a collision in the West River on the night of January 16th, 1015, be tween the Shui On, belonging to the plain tiff Company, and the Standard Oil lighter Ruth, which was aground at the time. The Standard Oil Company are counter-claim ing for latnages to be assessed,
