The Postmaster General of Hongkong is prepared to receive. from residents in this Colony and at the Treaty Ports in China, where there are British Post Office Agencies, Books and Magazines for the use of the Troops in Egypt. These should be made up in packets labelled-
"LITERATURE for TROOPS, EGYPI,” and handed in at the counters of the Post Offices in the Colony and as the Ports.
They will be forwarded free of postage to the Egyptian Post Office for disposal.
Correspondence addressed to enemy subjects in China, Siam, Persia and Morocco cannot be transmitted.
The Services to Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and the Ottomsa. Empire are suspended.
