THE HONGKONG DAILY PRESS, WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23rd, 1916.

The Postmaster-General of Hongkong is prepared to receive from residents in the Colony and at the Treaty Ports in Chin), where there are British Post Office Agencies, Bɔɔks and Magazines for the use of the Troops in Egypt. These should bo inade up in packets labelled

LITERATURE for TROOP3, EGYPE," and handed in at the counters of the Post Offices in the Colony and at the Ports.

They will be forwarded free of postage to the Egyptian Pust Office for disposal.

Correspondence addressed to enemy sabjects in Obias, Siam, Persia and Morocco cannot be transmitted.

The Services to Germany, Austria, Bulgaria and the Ottoman Empire are suspended.
