TAKE NOTICE that ander No. 5 of the TDOMESTIC CLEANLINESS and VENTILATION BYE-LAWS (as amended), every Domestic Building or part of such Building within the CENTRAL Division of the City of Victoria, and the WESTEEN Division of Kowloon, occupied by Members of more than one family, except those within the European Reservation or in Kowloon South of Austin Road or those parts of Domestic Building used as a Shop, Office or Godowns, must be CLEANSED and LIMEWASHED THEOUGHOUT by the owners during the months of December and January.
