The report of this Company is a follows:

The Directors herewith present to the shareholders a statement of the Com- pany's accounts for the year ended 31st July, 1915.

The proat for the year, after writing off $18,987.70 for Depreciation and Bad and Doubtful 'Debts, and providing for Directors and Auditor's fees, amounts to $50,315.92, from which it is proposed to pay a dividend of one dollar and twenty-five cents por share, absorbing $50,000; to transfer to Fire and Typhoon Insurance Fund $4,000; and to carry forward $1,315.02.
