Letters were read from the Government re applications for the erection of trough closets at St. Paul's Institution, Caroline Road, 18 water closets at Nos. 1 to 6 Cornwall Avenue, Kowloon, and three water closets at Ian Mor, No. 18, Peak, Road. In the case of the first two applications, the Government approved of the Board's recommendation that they be granted, but in the case of the last (Ian Mor) a similar recommendation was rejected.
