The annual fixture between the Club and The Rest came to an end on Satunlay with The Rest winning by 105 runs, as the result of some very sound batting in the second innings, and a well-mixed attack. On the first day's play there was little margin between the torms. Then The Rest, thanks to an exhilarating snit ing exhibition on the part of Major Robertson, left the Club to face a deficit of 271. At one time things looked pro- mising, but the bowling of feed especially was too good, and the Club finished up. badly in arrears. Details:

DIVISION.

Two games were played in this Division of the League on Saturday, St. Joseph's Collego defeated the Confucian Society after a hard-fought gamin which some exceptionally good football was seen-by two goals (I. L. Goldenberg) to me, and Lam Leong, a Chinese combination that includes some very capable footballers, gaïved a brace of points at the expense of Queen's College, by two goals to mil.
