OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an EXTRAORDINARY MEET- ING of the SHAREHOLDERS in this Corporation will be held at the CITY HALL, Hongkong, on SATURDAY, the 19th day of September, 1914, at Noon, when the sub- joined resolution, which was passed at the EXTRAORDINARY MEETING of the SHAREHOLDERS in this Corpora tion held on the 22nd day of August, 1914, will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Rosolution -

That the Deed of Settlement of the Company be altered in manner follow- ing:-

(a) That the following words be struck out of lines two and three of Article 60, namely, the words
