On and from the 1st of this month, the trans-Siberian Express Trains will loare St. Petersburg at 8 35 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays, and Moscow at 95 pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

In compliance with a request from the Bussion Post Office that Mails should be for warded from this Country for conveyance by each of the four trains referred to, it has been. arranged for Mails for the Far East generally to be despatched hence on Sundays at 9.55 am, for conveyanes via Flushing and Moscow; on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 2.05 p.m., for conveyano via stand and St. Petersburg; and on Wednesday at 2.05 p.m., for conveyanos

via Ostand and Moscow. The new arrangements commence to-day..
