An extraordinary general meeting of the above. Company was held at noon at the offices of the General Managers, | Messrs. Jardino, Matheson & Company, Limited, Hongkong, on Saturday, The Hon, Mr. David Landale presided, and there were also present:-Sir Paul Chater, C.M.G., Messrs. J. W. O. Bonner, Ho Fook, C. B. The business was purely formal, and consisted in the adoption of several resolutions as follows:
(1) That it is desirable to reconstruct this Company, and accordingly that this Company bo wound up voluntarily, and that Charles Bernard Brown of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong. Chartered Accountant, le appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up. Proposed by the CHAIRMAN, seconded by Mr. BYWORTH, and carried. Thi
