LABSITUDE IN HOT WEATHER.

In the prevailing trying weather every anation of the body is more or depressed, with the result that men are Pat able to get through their daily routine of work

To overcome this lassitude and restore the sensation of well-being which every one desirce, the nerve force must be fully restored, for the nervous system rules the whole body. This demands sufficient supplies of protein and phosphorus, the vital elements of food as they may be alled, sinee without them the nervous Bystem cannot remain healthy.

*THE ULSTER REBELS."

ALL STATE AUTHORITY SUSPENDED."!

LONDON, April 27th.

The Ulster Rebels committed an act of violence last Saturday. They imported by ses 30,000 rifles and ammunition, which were forthwith distributed over the country by means of automobiles. To this and a great mobilization of the Protestant Volunteers had been ordered and the Customs Officers, Harbour guards and the Police were surrounded by lines of the military, and cut off from communication with the authorities until the discharge of the war materials had been effected. In several instances the railway stations were occupied, all traffic interrupted and the telephone and telegraph service taken charge of, thereby suspending all State authority completely. It is held that the Government will be forced to take up the challenge and declare a state of war at Belfast, Large bodies of troops have received orders to move to Northern Ireland. The attitude of the officers remains to be seen.
