The CHAIRMAN read the report of the INDO-CHINA BRICKS. TILES. PIPES
board of directors, and in support laid on the table statements of the manufacture at the Vietri Works, statement of the asles made, a file of letters relating to proposed orders, a detailed statement of the cost of manufacture per ton of pulp.
The reading of the report of the board of directors finished, several explanations were exchanged between the Chairman, and divers members of the meeting.
No-one wishing to say anything further, the Chairman put successively to the vote the following resolutions:-
FIRST RESOLUTION.
This extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of the Société des Pulpes, after having heard the Chairman of the board of directors in his observations on the present situation of the Company,
Authorizes the creation and the issue of three thousand bonds of $100 each, bearing interest at the rate of 8 per cent, per annum, payable half-yearly, and repayable in twenty years from the year 1920, the first payant to take place the 10th January, 1920;
